During an Event

In order for Hawen to function, we handle certain personal information.

• Name
• Email (if not disabled by your organisation)
• (Optional) Department
• Information that you write yourself in a Kudos

Data Deletion After an Event

When your event is completed, we delete accounts, names, and emails of all participants. We also delete the Kudos certificates (that you receive at the end of the event) that have been temporarily stored on our servers in order for us to send them to you.

Data Handling for Analysis and Insights

As an additional service, Hawen offers an analytics feature to create a deeper understanding of how organizations function. Before this analysis begins, all Kudos are anonymized. This means that all names of both recipients and givers of Kudos are deleted. We also disconnect the user account from the Kudos, so that different participants are only represented by arbitrary numbers.

No personal data is used in the analyses.

Data Storage

We use one.com as a provider, and data is stored on servers in the area around Copenhagen, Denmark.
