Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the agreement (“Agreement”) between Hawen Solutions AB (“Company”), and You (“Customer”), on the date of acceptance.

  1. Service Description: Company agrees to provide Customer with access to the hawen.one platform (“Service”) for one event, including admin access to prepare and moderate the event. The event is active from the creation date until the time when Kudos certificates are distributed to the participants.
  2. Number of participants : The number of participants available for the project is defined by the Customer when ordering the Service at hawen.one.
  3. Replacement of participants: Before the project is active, the participants are replacable. Once a project becomes active in the sense that communication has been sent to participant(s) through the platform, each participant will allocate one slot. The slot will be allocated during the duration of the project.
  4. Payment:
    • Card payment: Customer can pay for the Service during the ordering process. All payments are non-refundable.
    • Invoice payment: If invoice payment is agreed, Customers will be invoiced for the choosen Service level, upon the activation of project, i.e. when invites are starting to be sent to participants. Payment terms for the invoice are 30 days. All payments are non-refundable.
  5. Data analysis: After a completed event, Company will anonymize all data provided by participants and perform varoius analysis to gain insights about the participating team(s) and event. Depending on the choosen Service level, the results might or might not be shared with the Customer.
  6. Warranty Disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is” and Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
  7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Company be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
  8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
  10. Acceptance: By completing the order of the event on the hawen.one webpage, the Customer is accepting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
