Recive Training to run appreciation events

During your first appreciation event with Hawen, we will train you on how to run the event. Focus lies on how you create engagement in the group, how to decide the best timing for your group and also (of course) how the platform is used.

The training given as part of the joint execution of your event.

Run Hawen at discounted rate – forever!

After certification, you’re eligible to run events with the Hawen appreciation platform on your own, independently of our availability and at a discounted rate.

Certifications are personal, this means that when you change jobs you will take the certification with you. So you can use the discount for the remainder of your career, regardless of current employer.

Participate in the community

Network and discuss with other people who just like you understand how appreciation will take an organization to the next level.

Depending on the needs of participants, the community will communicate in English and Swedish.

Contribute and learn in Q&A sessions

Even if every organization is unique, and the questions that may rise are often shared.

You will be able to take part in our monthly Q&A sessions where you can both share your thoughts and questions about the appreciation platform or how to use it, as well as listen to your peers and learn from them.

The Hawen platform is not completed. It will continue to evolve with new capabilities in execution and increased insights capabilities.
